I've gotta say, this Arduino Mega 328P board is a solid choice for anyone on a budget. It's compatible with the UNO R3 and comes with the ATMEGA16U2 chip, which is a big plus. One thing to note is that it doesn't come with a USB cable, but that's a minor complaint.
