I'm Totally Hooked on Tom for Gold!

I've been playing Tom for Gold nonstop, and I just had to share my thoughts on this awesome game. The characters are what really get me - Tom the cat, Angela the cat, Hank the dog, Ben the dog, Ginger the kitten, Becca the rabbit, and Roy the sneaky raccoon. Plus, each of them has their own cool costumes (except for Becca and Roy). When the game starts, Roy steals the gold from Tom (or one of the other characters), and the chase is on. Tom collects the gold and sometimes you'll find fireworks, safes, and crystals. Fireworks are super useful in the game - you need them to crack open safes, for example. Without them, the safes will only open after a few hours. There are also events and challenges. You can collect green paws, flowers, candy canes, or donuts, which you can use to buy characters (some cost real money, while others can be bought with fireworks). Plus, there are competitions where you can compete with other characters and win rewards. The game also gets regular updates, and new portals to other worlds appear on the track with obstacles. It's a lot of fun! The ultimate goal is to unlock all the locations and build homes for your characters. You can build using the gold you collect on the track and the crystals you find in safes. And if you're feeling adventurous, you can even catch Roy the raccoon. To do that, you need to go down into the sewer (which appears on the track) and hit him with a hammer. You'll get a reward for it. And sometimes, Roy will show up in a car and start throwing obstacles at you! Your job is to throw back at him with pepper bombs. That's basically the game. I've been playing it for a week now, and I'm still finding new things to love. The game's got a great balance of exploration and competition, and the characters are all so unique and fun to play with. I've already spent way too much time trying to catch Roy, but it's worth it. I've also been enjoying the events and challenges - they add a nice layer of depth to the game. Tom for Gold is an absolute blast, and I think anyone who likes adventure games will love it.
