I'm still grinning from ear to ear thinking about our visit to Safari World in Bangkok. This place is no ordinary zoo - it's an immersive experience that'll leave you in awe. The animals roam freely, and you get to see them up close in their natural habitats. It's a far cry from the traditional zoos we're used to, where animals are cooped up in tiny enclosures.
Before we dive into the good stuff, let's talk about getting there. We booked our tickets through Anex Tour, which cost us 2200 baht per person. While it's a decent option, I'd recommend going solo or splitting the cost with a friend. If you're traveling with a group, it's way more cost-effective to take a taxi or drive yourself.
Speaking of taxis, we took one from the city to Safari World, which cost us 200 baht for the ride. However, we had to pay an additional 20 and 30 baht for the toll roads, making it a total of 650 baht for the round trip. The journey took about an hour, so be prepared for a bit of a drive.
Once we arrived, we purchased our entrance tickets for 1400 baht each, plus an extra 30 baht for the bus ticket. That brings the total to 1430 baht per person. If you're traveling with a group, you can save some cash by splitting the cost.
Now, let's get to the fun part! We spent the day exploring the park, and I was blown away by the sheer number of animals. The best part? You can feed them! We got to feed the giraffes, which was an absolute highlight. For 100 baht, you get a bucket of bananas, and the staff will give you a stick to feed them. It's an experience you won't soon forget.
We also got to see the dolphin show, which was incredible. The trainers were knowledgeable and engaging, and the dolphins were clearly well-cared for. If you're an animal lover, you won't want to miss this.
Throughout the park, there are plenty of signs and maps to help you navigate. We even got to see a bird show, which was a nice break from the heat. The animals are truly magnificent, and I was struck by how natural their habitats are. It's clear that the park's designers have put a lot of thought into creating an immersive experience.
I'd highly recommend Safari World to anyone visiting Bangkok. It's a must-see attraction that's sure to leave you in awe. So, what are you waiting for? Book those tickets and get ready for an unforgettable adventure!
Thanks for reading, and I hope you have a fantastic trip!

Avoid booking with Karela Tour at all costs. Our experience was a total disaster, from the forced sales to the aggressive staff behavior.
