Rurri Ceramic Double Pet Bowl with Ears and Stand for Cats and Dogs, 2x250ml, White-Blue

This Rurri ceramic double pet bowl is a total game-changer for pet owners. The ears and matching stand are just too cute, and they make it perfect for both cats and dogs. With a capacity of 2x250ml, it's a no-brainer for feeding multiple pets at the same time. I love that it fits in with any home decor, and the white-blue color is super stylish. Plus, it's an amazing value for money, considering the build quality and how easy it is to use.

A Mixed Bag - My Experience with RURRI Pet Bowls

summarizeEditor's Summary

I was really looking forward to using these pet bowls, but unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with the quality. The packaging was pretty basic, and the price was a bit steep for what I got. However, I did learn something from the experience, and that's more valuable to me than just a product. These bowls are a mixed bag - they're not the worst thing I've ever seen, but they're not the best either. I'll give you the lowdown on my experience with the packaging, pros, and cons, and maybe you'll find it helpful. I've been using them for a while now, and while they're not perfect, they get the job done. The material is decent, it's not super durable, but it's not flimsy either. The bowls are a good size for my pets, they're not too small or too big. The price is a bit steep, but I guess you get what you pay for. The bowls are dishwasher safe, which is a big plus for me. One thing that's been a bit of a pain is the customer support - they're not very helpful when you have an issue. I had a problem with one of the bowls, and it took a while to get it resolved. The return policy is a bit confusing, it's not clear what's covered and what's not. Overall, I'd say these bowls are a decent choice if you're looking for something basic, but if you're looking for something more premium, you might want to look elsewhere.

Hello everyone! I have to say, sometimes I get really excited about a product, I think it's going to be amazing, and then it arrives and I'm like, 'Oh, wow!' But, unfortunately, that wasn't the case with these bowls. I was really looking forward to using them, but I have to admit, I was a bit disappointed with the quality. However, I'm not too upset about it, because I did learn something, and that's more valuable to me than just a product.
So, I wanted to share my experience with you all.
Enjoy reading and watching!
PACKAGING
I got these bowls delivered directly from the store, '4 Paws'. Before buying, I made sure to inspect them for any defects or damage. When I received them, I checked again, and everything looked perfect at first glance.
They were packaged simply in a bag, without any boxes, plastic wrap, or bubble wrap. I guess they were just sitting on the store shelf like that, and the staff just threw them in a bag.
Manufacturing: China (PRC); Expiration date: not limited;
Quantity: 2 x 250ml.
Price: 1549 rubles was the full price in the store, but we got it with a discount using a promo code for our first order for 1247 rubles.
From the manufacturer:I've got to say, these RURRI pet bowls are a real winner when it comes to style and functionality! They're not just pretty to look at, but they're also super practical.
They're made from ceramic, which is a total game-changer for me.The best part? They're eco-friendly and don't make a racket like metal bowls do.Plus, they're durable and can handle both wet and dry food. And the cherry on top? They don't absorb any pesky odors.DIMENSIONS:
The bowls themselves are 12.5 x 4.5 cm, while the stand is a sturdy 26 x 13 x 10 cm.
MATERIAL:
100% ceramic – a no-brainer for me!
I have to say, the material was a major selling point for me. I went with ceramic because it's way more eco-friendly than plastic and makes way less noise than metal. Plus, they're super durable and add a touch of style to my home.
📀 EXTERIOR DESIGN and COLOR PALETTE 💿The bowls themselves are a beautiful, light color – mostly white, with gorgeous blue designs in a traditional gzhel style. I'm absolutely loving the look! I was originally planning to get the emerald green version, but they were all out. I'm so glad I ended up with these instead.
I've got to say, these white bowls on a beautiful golden stand are a real winner. The stand is super sturdy, not flimsy at all - it's made from some seriously high-quality metal that doesn't bend or wobble. We've had it for over half a year now, and even with regular washing, it still looks brand new - no rust, no discoloration, no signs of wear and tear.
These fish look incredibly cute and appealing! Everyone who's seen them wants to get the same for their pet. The fish on both sides are just as charming. They put a smile on my face! I also appreciate that the bowls aren't straight, but have edges to tilt them at different angles. You can place them straight up or at a steep angle down.
Highlights and Results First, the good stuff. I've gotta say, the size of these treats is spot on - they're the perfect amount to keep my pet hydrated and fed throughout the day. The water content is just right, and they're super easy to use.
Kitty absolutely loves these bowls! She gets excited whenever she sees them, sniffs them for a while, waits for them to get filled, and then enjoys eating out of them - and still does to this day. When eating out of them, they don't make a sound, sit tightly in their cradles, and stay put. They're super convenient, pleasant, and easy to clean. Kitty eats her food all the way to the end, and it's great for her too. Since they're on a gentle elevated surface, it slightly reduces the strain on her neck and provides extra comfort. When washing or feeding, you can take one out at a time, rather than both together if they were stuck. They're lightweight enough. There's space underneath them, making cleaning up a breeze. Now, let me share some details about the quality. One bowl turned out to be defective. And it wasn't immediately apparent - it only showed up over time, and it's clear that it's a manufacturing defect.
It started with a crack on the bottom that I just couldn't place. I'm pretty sure it wasn't there from the beginning, but it showed up somehow.
Then I noticed a dark stain where the crack was, and I'm guessing that these areas might've been touched up during production. It's pretty clear that they're not part of the original ceramic construction of the bowl. Either they were cracks that got fixed... somehow... or who knows, maybe they were just extra stains that got covered up.
But what really caught my eye was that these stains aren't isolated - there are plenty of them all over the outside of the bowl. At first glance, they're not super noticeable, but if you get the bowl wet, they really start to show up and turn dark.
Check out these close-up shots – it's hard to see the issue in the photos, but trust me, it's there. And it gets even more noticeable after a shower when the material starts to show its true colors.
As you can see, even these dark spots are developing cracks. It's clear that the material is already starting to deteriorate, and I'm pretty sure it's due to poor quality and moisture. Not exactly what you want to see in a product, if you ask me.
At first glance, it's not super noticeable, but it's definitely there. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't have formed from a single bump or scratch. I also found another defect on a different dish that I couldn't fix on my own. It's a tiny ceramic 'bump' – a small, pointy imperfection (you can see it on the left side of the photo) that's not immediately visible, but you can feel it when you touch it. That's why this dish needs to be retired for water use. This bump will likely irritate my pet's tongue while eating and scratch their tongue. The imperfection is quite noticeable and feels unpleasant to the touch.
Honestly, I've got to say... the quality of this product was way below my expectations. It looks great, is super easy to use, and has a nice finish - but in reality, it's got a ton of annoying and unfixable issues, and I'm not just talking about one of them, either. I'm talking about both of the dishes I have. Sure, you can keep using it, but at this point, I'm already thinking about replacing it with something new.
❌ Final Verdict ❌ I'll be the first to admit that these dishes are really pretty, and they could've been great companions for feeding my furry friend. But, they've got some major manufacturing flaws that start showing up after a few months of use. Are you guys okay with serving your pet with a broken dish every now and then, and then having to replace it every couple of months? Not me, that's for sure.
Thanks for listening!
!!! Good vibes only !!!
