I've been trying out different food and grocery delivery services while working remotely, and let me tell you, it's been a total lifesaver.
But lately, Pyaterochka's delivery service has been really disappointing me.
Just the other day, the cashier at one of their stores refused to accept a package I'd paid for delivery on.
She said, 'we don't accept packages like this, they're too big.'
But what really got my goat was that she didn't even bother to scan the QR code and check the package's dimensions to see if she should accept it or not.
It's pretty weird, because another store down the street had no issues accepting it.

It's not something I want to see, and I think it's completely unacceptable.
The store should be selling fresh products, not expired ones that are meant for the trash.
When I checked the expiration dates of the other products in my order, everything was in order.
So, I decided to take a closer look and see if I could find a way to resolve the issue.
Fortunately, the Perekrestok app does have a return button, but it's not as straightforward as I'd like.

I get a response relatively quickly.

What's worth noting is that free delivery isn't always free; sometimes it's paid, and the price decreases with the order total.
