I have to admit, I'd never even heard of this brand until I got a box from a subscription service. The packaging is actually pretty nice, the color's cute, so I thought, why not? Plus, a nude lip gloss is always a good thing.
This lip gloss has a lightweight, gentle texture that leaves a comfortable, non-sticky finish. The light-reflecting particles give your lips a visual boost, a shimmering shine, and a tempting moisture. The formula's well-pigmented, delivering gorgeous, deep shades from a soft pink to a rich berry.
Acqua Perlata not only highlights your natural lip beauty but also takes care of your lips all day long. Hyaluronic acid helps regenerate and heal your skin.
Value for money
I was surprised by the price of 1200 rubles on various marketplaces - I thought it was 300 rubles, judging by the packaging and formula.
I have the full-size product from the Royal Samples subscription service.
Packaging
The brand's packaging is pretty sturdy, but I think the design is a bit unfinished - there's too much text, and some of it's hard to read.
The tube itself is very sturdy, although it feels like cheap plastic. It clicks shut with a characteristic sound.
Unfortunately, there was no protection from the first opening.
The sponge is classic, pretty comfortable, but the applicator is a bit greedy, making it hard to apply the product to your lips.
The 6.5ml tube is made in Italy.
Texture and scent
This is a very shiny, dense gloss that feels like a solid coat of shine on your lips. The pigmentation is strong, covering your natural lip color well. The scent is caramel-like, similar to 'Vzletnye' candies - it's not very strong. There's no aftertaste.

The Effect
I've been wearing lip glosses a lot more often over the past couple of years (because they're so much easier to finish than lipsticks), and I've found them to be really comfortable to wear (plus, you can get away with applying them without a mirror). And because they're semi-transparent, it's not too hard to pick a shade that suits you. So, I decided to give this mysterious new lip gloss a try.
I wasn't a fan of the packaging, to be honest - it's kinda flimsy and keeps falling over. I like to display my lip glosses on my desk, but this one just won't sit still. The applicator is also a bit of a pain to use - you have to push it into the tube about 10 times to get a decent amount of product out. It's just not very user-friendly.
But, despite the annoying packaging, I have to say that I was really pleased with how the lip gloss looked and felt on my lips. The shade they chose for me looks great, and it lasts really well - my lips don't get all dry and flaky. It does feel a bit sticky, but that's just what you expect from a lip gloss, right?

Lip Balm Just ShineI won't say it's super long-lasting, but I applied it before taking my kid to daycare, and we were out for 20 minutes. When I got back in the car and checked my reflection, the shine was basically gone. Although, to be fair, most lip balms or glosses usually last around 2-3 hours without needing a major snack.
It wipes off easily, whether it's with a dry wipe or some kind of makeup remover. I mean, no one claimed this was a long-lasting or super durable product.
Ethics
I couldn't find any reliable information on that.
The Verdict
Overall, the product is okay, the color is nice, and the scent is fine, but honestly, it's not worth the 1200 rubles retail price. I'd say 300 rubles is a bit steep, but 600-700 rubles might be more reasonable. I'd definitely use this packaging again, but I won't be buying it at full price.
