Natural Moisturizer by Jurassic Spa - Silicone-Free for Dry and Normal Skin

I've tried a bunch of moisturizers for dry skin, but this one really delivers. It's made without silicones, so it's perfect for those of us who want a natural formula. And the best part? It absorbs super quickly, leaving no greasy residue behind. My skin feels amazing after using it - soft, supple, and totally refreshed. I've been using it for a while now, and I'm really impressed with the value for money. The packaging is simple, but it gets the job done. I've been using it for a week, and my skin's been looking better than ever. I'd highly recommend this moisturizer to anyone with dry skin - it's a total game-changer.

My Honest Review of the Natural Toning Cream from Jurassic SPA

summarizeEditor's Summary

I've been using the Natural Toning Cream from Jurassic SPA for a while now, and I'm really impressed with the results. The natural ingredients and non-greasy formula make it a great addition to my skincare routine. I've noticed a big difference in the tone and texture of my skin since using this product. The packaging feels solid, and the cream itself has a nice texture. However, I do wish it came in a larger size, as I go through it pretty quickly. Overall, I'm really happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a natural toning cream that's gentle on the skin and effective.

Hello, lovely readers
I've been using the Natural Toning Cream from Jurassic SPA for a while now, and I'm excited to share my thoughts on this fantastic product.
Here's the lowdown Product Name: Natural Toning Cream
Brand: Jurassic SPA
Manufacturer: OOO 'Green Industry' Moscow
This is a Russian brand that I've only recently discovered, but I'm hooked.
Where I bought it: I ordered the cream from Wildberry, and you can also find it on other marketplaces. I've never come across this brand in stores.
Price: 739 rubles at the time of purchase. Now it looks like it's a bit cheaper. You've got to keep an eye on prices at Wildberry, as they change every day.
Packaging:
The cream came in a simple cardboard box, which I found a bit underwhelming compared to the fancy packaging of another product from this company. While I'm not fussed about the packaging, the main thing is that the cream itself works well and has a good formula!
The box design is cute, and if I didn't know the price, I'd think it's a super-premium cream! The marketing team at JS has done an amazing job – it's all so stylish and modern!
The packaging has a ton of useful info on the side, like how to use the cream and other details.
On the other side, they've got the full ingredient list spelled out in clear detail. I've got to give props to the manufacturer here - they're one of the few local producers who actually list the ingredients in both Russian and English. That's a major plus in my book!
Tube size
And the tube itself is sleek and modern-looking. I'm really digging the understated design!
Volume: 50 ml
The back of the tube has a handy list of the ingredients, usage instructions, and the manufacturer's info. The packaging is solid, now let's talk about the cream itself.
I've been using this stuff for at least a year, probably more.
This is my second time ordering it, and I'm still really happy with it.
Check out my old and new tubes - I've been using this stuff for ages, and I just ordered a new one to replace the old one when it ran out.Consistency ⬇️
The consistency is pretty much the same as any other tonal cream out there, but this one's actually really good - not too runny, not too thick, just right. Aroma: Honestly, I don't notice much of anything. I'm starting to think there's no fragrance at all, which is weird because I was expecting it to be similar to another cream from this brand (which I mentioned earlier) that smells like sweet cola... but this one's a total different story. Though, to be fair, that's not the most important thing.
My skin: It's not perfect, but it's not terrible either. It's a bit of a mixed bag. I used to have acne, but now it's mostly just some leftover post-acne marks on my cheeks. In the summer, I get a few freckles on my nose, but they're gone by winter.
Here's how the cream looks on my face ⬇️ - no photo editing or filters were used.
Keep in mind that the camera and lighting can make it look worse than it actually is... in real life, my skin looks better.
Note: This cream provides maximum invisibility on the skin, even with low coverage. So, if you have any major skin issues, you'll want to apply a concealer first.
What JS cream gives you:
It won't completely cover up your skin issues like some other creams (like Fit Me, which I used to use - it was way too heavy and clogged my pores... I switched to natural skincare after that). This cream is more about subtle, everyday coverage. It's not going to mask all your skin problems, but it's a great choice if you're looking for something easy to use and gentle on your skin.
I was a bit skeptical about JS cream at first - it's not a miracle worker, but a gentle BB cream that won't cover up all your skin issues. I'm used to toners that promise the world, but JS is different.
I wasn't impressed with JS at first, but I kept trying other products, only to come back to it because I couldn't find anything better. I did have a laser facial treatment (you can read about it here), but it was a waste of time - I'm over 30 now, and I've learned that it's pointless to try to hide every little imperfection with a heavy toner. I've switched to a natural BB cream and a more natural makeup look, and I'm so glad I chose JS.
Ingredients ⬇️
Clean water (Water); rice bran oil (Oryza Sativa Germ Oil): a natural emulsifier derived from glucose and plant oils (Polyglyceryl-3 Methylglucose Distearate); titanium dioxide (Titanium Dioxide): cold-pressed hemp seed oil (Cannabis Sativa/Hemp Seed Oil); vitamins F (Linoleic Acid, Linolenic Acid); vitamin B3 (Niacinamide); sodium PCA (Sodium PCA); hydrolyzed soy and rice protein (Hydrolyzed Soy and Rice Protein); prebiotic (Sorbitol); extracts of gotu kola and bamboo (Centella Asiatica Extract, Bambusa Arundinacea Stem Extract); glycine (Glycine); cetearyl alcohol (Cetearyl Alcohol); lactic acid (Lactic Acid); natural vitamin E (Tocopherols Blend); provitamin B5 (D-panthenol); vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), organic preservative sharmix 708* (Benzyl Alcohol, Benzoic Acid, Sorbic Acid, Glycerin)*; essential oils of carnations, neroli, jasmine, and geranium (Tagetes Erecta Flower, Citrus Aurantium (Neroli), Jasminum Officinale, Pelargonium Graveolens Flower); natural pigments: yellow, red, and black iron oxides (CI77492/CI77491 /C177499)
I ran a test using the EcoGlow website, and here's the result ⬇️
I have to say, the product's website had some issues with counting ingredients - it only picked up on a few key components, which I've listed out below: ricegeraniumjasminevitamin Fsour orangeascorbic acidlactic acid I think these ingredients are great for the skin - but there were a couple of things that raised some red flags.First off, I was concerned about di oxide titanium. It's often used in supplements, and it can be really bad for your gut - plus it doesn't get cleared out of your system easily.
But what about when it's used in creams?
Di oxide titanium has a property that allows it to reflect and scatter UV light, which helps protect your skin from the sun's damaging rays. That's why you'll often see it in sunscreen formulas, foundation, or moisturizers.
As far as I understand, it works like an SPF component.
But is it safe to use?
Di oxide titanium is actually classified as a relatively safe ingredient, ranking fourth on the toxicity scale. It's not toxic to the skin at all. The key thing to watch out for is the concentration in cosmetics - it shouldn't exceed 10% in foundation or 15% in powder.
Phew, I'm relieved to say that I'm not too worried about this one!
The next thing that caught my attention was the presence of iron oxides in the product.
These are inorganic or mineral pigments that are found naturally in the earth, in the form of minerals like hematite and magnetite. Iron oxides come in a range of colors, from reddish-brown to black. Compared to organic or synthetic dyes, iron oxides are safe, stable, and non-irritating.
So, it looks like these iron oxides are totally harmless. In the end, I'm happy with the product's formula - and the product itself, too.
The cream's plus side is that it's safe to leave on overnight, but I still wash it off... with a face wash from JS, which I'll review separately. Another thing I like about this cream is that it's not visible on my face and doesn't give that 'mask-like' effect.
The only downside to this cream is that I love it so much, my skin just can't get enough! So I end up applying it twice a day.
Tip: You can use this cream as a base under makeup. If you want a more intense tone, you can layer JS under it. Trust me, your skin will thank you!
Who is this cream suitable for? It's labeled for dry and normal skin, but I think it's great for any skin type.
Would I recommend this toner cream from JS? Absolutely! I've been raving about it for a year now.
My rating: 5 stars!
