At first, I thought the handle was removable, but it's just taken off for shipping, otherwise it'd take up a lot of space.The handle with bamboo coating is lightweight, comfortable, and not slippery.

One thing that caught my eye was the hole on the handle, but I don't hang pans anywhere - they're stored in the lower cabinet of my kitchen suite. When I ordered this pan, I made sure to read its specs and description carefully.I've got an induction cooktop installed in my kitchen, which means not all cookware is compatible - only the ones that say '... and for induction cooktops'.

As for this pancake pan, the description simply stated that it's suitable for all types of cooktops.

The color of this pan is a bit unusual for me - it's a white with a speckled pattern.

The handle is almost 19 centimeters long, which is a normal length for me. I have to say, I really like the handle - it feels great in my hand. I have to admit, I was struggling to make a huge pancake that would fit on my pan, and to be honest, these big pancakes wouldn't even fit on a plate, so I'd have to get out the cake stand...

But then I tried making a huge pancake and ended up with... well, let's just say a mini pancake <)</em>

Basically, you just take a splash of cold water and spray it onto the pancake when you're about to flip it, and voila! You get a marbled effect.
