So I recently flew with Jazeera Airways and I wanted to share my experience. I ended up booking a flight through Kuwait because the usual routes to Cyprus were closed due to COVID. I had to go through a travel agency and they told me that flying through Kuwait was my only option.

Now I'm not gonna sugarcoat it, this wasn't the most straightforward route especially if you're a first-time traveler or traveling with young kids. But I went with it and it was definitely an adventure.

I booked a ticket with Jazeera Airways and it was an okay experience. I'd give it a solid 4 out of 5. The airline itself was decent but there were some issues that made it uncomfortable for me. I'm a light sleeper so I didn't get much rest during the flight. But hey at least I arrived safely.

One thing that I was pleasantly surprised about was how on-time the departure was. We departed around 5-7 minutes late which isn't too bad considering it was a low-cost carrier.

Another thing that stood out was the friendly crew. They were super friendly and helpful. I loved how they smiled and offered assistance whenever needed. However on my second flight the crew was a bit slow in serving passengers who had pre-ordered meals.

I was also relieved to find that I had enough space to stretch my legs without bumping into the seat in front of me. The airline offered ample legroom which was a nice surprise.

However there were some downsides to the flight. One thing that really bothered me was the lack of food on board. We weren't offered any snacks or meals and even the drinks were paid extra. I get that it's a low-cost carrier but it's just not what I expect from a flight.

Another issue was the freezing temperatures on the flight. It was COLD and my legs were numb for the entire 5 hours. My neighbors were sneezing nonstop due to the chill and I even heard passengers asking the crew to turn up the heat.

Overall it was a bit of a mixed bag but hey at least I got to experience a new route and explore Kuwait. Worth every penny right?
