I've been a fan of Escalada notebooks for a while now, and I'm always impressed by their wide range of daily and weekly planners in different formats, sizes, and content.
The Escalada weekly planner I'm reviewing today is a dated A6+ format in light green, and I'm excited to share my thoughts on it.

The price of this planner is 608 rubles on WB, but it's currently 592 rubles. While it's not the cheapest option, I think it's worth it for the design and quality.
Exterior Design:
The weekly planner is A6+ format, measuring 12.5 x 18.9 cm. I was surprised by how thin it is, making it easy to carry around. The cover is made of eco-leather, which is super soft and textured. The numbers are embossed, and I love the look of it.
The back features a sticker with product information and the manufacturer. I was happy to find that the sticker came off easily without leaving any residue.
I also appreciated the cardboard page that came with the planner to prevent it from bending during shipping. It's a thoughtful touch that shows they care about the user experience.
Interior Design:
The pages of the planner are thick, which is a big plus for durability. However, I find it uncomfortable to write on thick pages.
The planner starts with a calendar for the whole year, but I found it a bit too small. I think it would have been better to print it a bit larger.
Before each month, there's a plan for the days, which I found really convenient. It's easy to see which days are free, without having to flip through the pages to find the right week or day.
There's also a column on the right for notes, but it's a bit too narrow. Even with my handwriting, which isn't too messy, I don't think I could fit all the text in there.
The weekly layout looks like this: all seven days on one page, which is convenient for planning. However, if you have a really packed week, you might not have enough space for all your notes.
Next to each week, there's a page for notes, which helps to make up for the lack of space.
Design Features:
I have to say that the colorful design for each month really impressed me. It makes it a lot easier to navigate, and the cut-out design looks really original. I'd say that's the main reason I ended up buying this planner.
However, let's face it, the design might not be for everyone. If you're looking for something more understated, this might not be your cup of tea. But if you want to spice up your daily routine, this planner could be just what you need.
Additional Pages:
For me, the yearly planning section was a bit of a letdown. There just isn't enough space to write down your goals and objectives, and the columns are too narrow to fit everything in.
I also found the password and phone number sections to be a bit unnecessary. I've long since stopped writing down my passwords and phone numbers on paper, and I store them digitally instead.
General Impressions and Results:
I was hesitant to order this planner at first, mainly due to the price and the extra pages that I didn't find particularly useful. I wish they had left those pages blank, so users could customize them to their liking.
So, when I received the weekly planner on New Year's Eve at the post office, I was thrilled with the bright and colorful design, the monthly cut-outs, and the overall design. On the other hand, I was disappointed that I had "overpaid" for a feature that was completely unnecessary for me.
Comparison with Other Planners:
After three years of using a small notebook, the Escalada A6+ weekly planner seemed too big to me, and it barely fit in my bag. I think this format is suitable for beauty therapists, as the whole week is on one page, and you can schedule your time yourself.
Personally, the weekly planner didn't quite fit my goals and needs. I hesitated to buy it for a long time and, in the end, I regretted it, despite the colorful design. It's not my style. I would recommend the notebook if you need those extra pages and if you like having the whole week on one page. I ordered a different daily planner from the same brand instead.
