After the trials, the honest masters are offered a job and double the pay, while the dishonest ones are added to the show's blacklist. It's a pretty simple yet effective idea, if you ask me.

I'm a fan of home cooking, and I love making my own food from scratch. However, there are times when I have to eat outside of the house, whether it's for lunch or dinner. With the development of the food delivery service, it's become a lot easier to get food delivered right to your doorstep.
While out for a walk in the park, at a New Year's corporate event, or on long trips by car or bus, or even just a lunch break at work (which happens often)... I've only listed a few examples of when people eat food that's not been prepared at home. You have to rely on luck, recommendations from friends, and reviews. I mean, it's not like everyone prepares their food well.
At one of my workplaces, they would bring in meals from the cafeteria. Sometimes I would order food, just to mix things up a bit. Many of my coworkers enjoyed it and recommended it. However, I have to say that more than half of the food I tried wasn't that great. It was just okay, I guess. And the second question is, were the food safety guidelines followed during preparation? Hmm...
I'll never forget the time I got food poisoning in school. We were on a summer vacation at a resort, and we would often eat at the cafeteria. One particular meal ended up being a disaster for me and my sister. We were both pretty sick, to say the least. Even to this day, I still have the photos from that time. It's a memory that's stuck with me for a long time.

BUT, of course, things aren't quite that rosy in reality. Checking the cameras on the kitchen is a no-brainer, you want everything to be crystal clear, and the little chef has no idea about it.
To test the cook, you need to prepare a few dishes that the hosts have chosen. We're looking for professionalism and adherence to sanitary standards.
The test results are in, and there's only one possible outcome:

I have to say, my husband and I were pretty grossed out by what we saw. The lack of sanitation is just shocking. How can you prepare food on the same cutting board for raw meat and ready-to-eat products? Pick it up from the floor, boil it, and then use it in a dish. Who cares if people get food poisoning - it's not like it's a big deal. It's just disgusting. Can you believe the way they prepare food? I'm starting to think that maybe I shouldn't be surprised by anything.The cooking technology is also severely lacking.
Let's face it, even in the world of professional services, you'll come across some shady characters. But most of the time, it's just a bunch of amateurs trying to make a quick buck.
There were times when I wondered if I'd been scammed.After reflecting on my experience, I've come to one conclusion: THIS PROJECT IS THE REAL DEAL.
I've worked as an accountant in the past, and I've seen my fair share of messes left behind by previous employees. It's like they say, you've got to dig deep to find the truth. It's not just a one-off either - I've seen it happen time and time again. Why do people work like that? It's just not right.
It's the same in the food industry. People think it's just a matter of cooking up some food and serving it, but there's so much more to it. You've got to be careful about what you eat, where you eat it, and who you trust. It's a sad reality, but it's true.
I'll give credit where credit is due - there are some good people out there who are doing things right. I hope this project will make a difference and improve the system. But I'm not holding my breath.
