A Week of Pure Bliss at This Beachfront Paradise - Almost 5 Stars!

We spent a week at this hotel from December 15th to 22nd, 2022. Our flight from Sochi landed in the evening, and we decided to take a taxi instead of booking a transfer to get to the hotel faster and grab dinner. The drive from the airport takes around 10-15 minutes, which was perfect for a quick bite.

RestaurantOur room was in a bungalow for four, although there were only two of us. The massive bed had two single beds and a sofa bed, a desk and chair, and a balcony on the first floor. The bathroom had a spacious shower, toiletries, and all the furniture was brand new, with a modern renovation. The cleaning staff did an amazing job, and our room was always spotless.

The hotel's location right on the beach was a major perk. There's a huge area with three big pools (one of which is heated right by the sea), and one relaxation pool heated for guests 18 and over, and another non-heated pool with a fun slide. We loved lounging by the pools and taking dips in the ocean.

Getting into the sea is amazing – the sand, the depth. The beach has soft sand, and there are two piers with sun loungers and sand, where you can see fish, but no coral reef. We spent hours walking along the beach and enjoying the views.

AnimationThe food options were incredibly varied, with several restaurants serving almost around the clock. There's a coffee shop with pastries and a coffee machine, a beach cafe with snacks, fries, burgers, and fruit. From lunch to 4 PM, they give out ice cream at the bars. There are several bars, with local spirits – rum, tequila, whiskey, vodka. Beer is Stella Artois in bottles, and they make great cocktails: pina colada, mai tai, cuba libre, mojito. They also serve dry white wine and red wine, champagne brut, and offer milkshakes, freshly squeezed juices, and non-alcoholic cocktails, tea, and coffee. The wait staff on the beach come by periodically and ask what drinks to bring.

The animation team did a great job with the shows, cover bands, and disco from 10 PM to 11 PM. We had a blast dancing the night away.

The surrounding area is well-maintained, with plenty of greenery, cafes selling souvenirs, a pharmacy, and an ATM. It's just a 3-minute taxi ride to the Aquarium and Sento Mall - don't take the hotel taxi, as they'll try to rip you off for $15. Instead, use Uber for $2.50 or catch a local taxi on the street for no more than $4. Be sure to haggle!

Restaurant with a poolWe were a bit disappointed that the pools weren't all heated, especially during the winter months. And, of course, it would be great to have some imported alcohol options available. Still, the hotel is definitely worth 4 stars, and almost feels like 5! We'd definitely come back.
