I've been using Adesk for a while now, but I never felt like I was getting my money's worth. We paid for the service for a couple of years, but we never really utilized it to its full potential. Recently, we decided to cancel our subscription and asked for a refund, but as I've seen in other reviews, if you've already tried out the paid version, good luck getting your money back.

I've gotta say, Adesk's customer support is pretty lacking. It's like they're not even interested in helping you out. I'm not sure if it's a lack of resources or just a bad business model, but it's definitely not customer-friendly.

Here's the official response we got from them:

"Denis, hi again, I've prepared a response for you regarding the refund. To reiterate, we'd like to offer you a personalized meeting to show you how to work with the accounting feature and answer any questions you may have. As for support, we offer the same services as Plan Fact. Adesk is a non-refundable product. According to the Law on Objects of Copyright (Article 1259 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation), the license for the Adesk software is an object of copyright and is provided on the basis of the Public Licensing Agreement (Adesk - licensing agreement...). OOO Adesk has fulfilled its obligations and provided you with the right to use the software. According to the Law on Objects of Copyright (Article 1259 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) and paragraph 40 of the Resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation of April 23, 2019 No. 10, non-use of the software is not a reason for refunding."

I was shocked by their response, to say the least. It's clear that they're not interested in helping customers who aren't satisfied with their service. We've lost thousands of rubles on this service, and we're not the only ones who've had a bad experience. I'm not sure what their business model is, but it's definitely not customer-centric.

We're taking our business elsewhere, and I'd advise others to do the same. You've lost a client who was worth at least 70,000 rubles, and who knows how much more we could have brought in? And to top it all off, you got a lovely review from me, just like I promised you in our correspondence.

Good luck with your development, but I'm not holding my breath.
