A Totally Frustrating Experience with Yandex's Service - Save Your Time

I've had a disastrous experience with Yandex's customer support, and I'm still trying to wrap my head around it. Let me break it down:

First off, their ad campaign setup process is a complete joke. They just follow a template, and it's completely unhelpful. They make it sound like it's some kind of special gift, but trust me, it's not. I've tried to navigate their system, and it's like they're speaking a different language.

The dashboard is a mess. There's way too much clutter, and it's hard to keep track of everything. Plus, they have all these different services from Yandex that don't work together. For example, in my ad campaign, I'm listed as a 'short-term rental', but on my Yandex Maps page, I'm a 'guest house'. I asked customer support to change it, but they just told me it's not allowed. But I know other businesses have gotten it changed, so it's not like it's impossible.

It feels like a robot or some low-level manager is in charge of everything. They don't even try to understand the problem. Standard response: 'just do this' or 'wait for it to get fixed'. I've lost count of how many times I've had to repeat myself.

The service has a major issue with photos. I have a business listing on Yandex Maps, a Yandex website, and an ad campaign, but I still can't get the photos to display in the right order. I've contacted customer support a million times, and they just tell me to clear my cookies and cache, or wait three days for it to magically fix itself. I've done that a hundred times, and it still doesn't work. My photos are in a random order on the website, and on Yandex Maps, they're in a different random order. And to make matters worse, I've been running an ad campaign with Yandex for three weeks, and they still can't fix the photo issue. It's been a real headache.

All the visual promotion tools on Yandex Maps are completely useless. If you go to a map, you won't notice any difference between businesses with ads and those without. Because, apparently, Yandex allows some random store with two reviews and no ads to have all these fancy features, like photo albums and short descriptions. Meanwhile, I'm paying for ads, have a 5-star rating, and 50 reviews, and they tell me to just wait until Yandex allows me to use those features. It's just not fair.

And the cherry on top: after three weeks of running an ad campaign, I find out that my business isn't even visible on the map! I mean, what's the point of paying for ads if nobody can see you? It's been a total waste of time and money.
