A little while back, I already shared my opinion on the laptop stand that I thought was a great value for money, but after using it for a few months, I realized it had some major drawbacks. The one thing I can really nitpick about this mouse is its size. It's tiny. But I'm kind of at fault here – I saw the photos and knew it would be small, and I read the description, so I should've known what to expect. For me, the priorities were budget-friendliness and quality, not the size.
That doesn't mean the mouse is uncomfortable, though. I just wish my hand could rest more on it, you know? My fingers and part of my palm are on the mouse instead.
On the flip side, the mouse's small size and weight make it super easy to take with me and toss into my laptop bag. It even fits in a small pocket and doesn't weigh the bag down.
I love that the mouse only needs a single AA battery to work.
After more than six months of use, I've only had to replace the battery once. I forgot to turn off the mouse after working on my laptop one day and left it on for a day, which drained the battery – but the cursor didn't even skip a beat beforehand. All things considered, given that I use my laptop almost every day for several hours at a time, the battery life is actually pretty great. Still, it's worth remembering to turn off the mouse when you're not using it to extend the battery life.
