This massage gun was a gift for my husband, who wanted to help him work out knots in his muscles after workouts. As it turned out, it ended up being a gift for me too.
I have to admit that I was clueless at first, probably using it wrong. But now that I know its capabilities and features, my perspective has completely changed.
The cost was around 10,000 rubles for me. I'm not sure of the exact price since it was a year and a half ago, and I bought it on Ozon. Now I've seen it cheaper, with prices ranging from 7,000 to 8,000 rubles.
The massage gun came in two separate cardboard boxes - one with the gun and attachments, and the other with the charger.
The package comes with a really useful carrying case. It's a sturdy, rigid design that maintains its shape. Not only is it great for storing the massage gun, but it's also perfect for transporting it.
It can fit everything, including the charger.

I was a bit disappointed to find that the power adapter was a Chinese one, and there was no European adapter included. I had to buy one separately.
The user manual was completely in Chinese.
The manual does have a detailed breakdown of the muscle groups, which I'm sure would be super helpful. But honestly, I couldn't make sense of it. I think it would be a lot more useful if they had a Russian-language manual.
And that's all packed neatly into this compact travel case.
I've got my massager sitting right on my bedside table, and let me tell you, it's been a real conversation starter. I had some guests over who thought it was just a weird gadget, and it wasn't until I told them about my new massager that they realized what it was.
The design is super minimalist and simple, in a graphite matte finish.
It's shaped like a mini drill, and honestly, it kind of works like one too. It's compact and takes up minimal space on its stand.
Compared to other massagers I've seen, this one is a real space-saver.
The stand has special holes for all the attachments, which is super convenient. They're always within reach, and you don't have to go searching for them. Plus, they're easy to pull out when you need them.
Functionality-wise, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to insert the attachments into the massager. I just slide it in and give it a gentle press, and it clicks into place.
Removing it takes a bit more effort, but it's not too difficult. You just need to apply a bit of force to pull it out.
And that's my massager with my favorite attachment.
The massager turns on with a button at the top. What I like about it is that you only need to press the button once, and it starts working without you having to hold it down. To turn it on, you need to press and hold the button, and then you can switch between speeds and modes with short presses.
At the bottom of the handle, there are LED indicators showing the battery level.
I've got to say, the handle on this thing is pretty chunky. My fingers just barely fit around it, so it's not super comfortable to hold, but at least it doesn't slip out of my hands.
Modes-wise, there are three speed settings and two vibration modes on this massager. Each one is labeled on the control panel.
I mostly use the first speed setting or the vibration mode. I rarely switch to the second speed, and the third speed is just too intense for me. That's my husband's speed – it's like he's trying to tenderize his own muscles!
Attachments-wise, there are four attachments in the package.
This one's my favorite. It feels like a gentle finger massage – I use it for everything.
I'm not sure what to make of the second attachment, though. It just feels like I'm being pummeled with a flat object – there are no other sensations beyond the thuds.
This is my husband's favorite attachment - it's a beast when it comes to breaking down tough muscle knots. The percussion feels like a real hammer, pounding away. To be honest, it's a bit too intense for me.
I also use this attachment for targeted massage on smaller areas. It's great for a more intense treatment.

I have to admit, the percussive mode was the most confusing for me at first. It turns out it's basically an apparatus-based massage that uses a series of impacts.
Personally, I prefer vibrational or lymphatic drainage. I used to do both regularly when I was trying to lose weight. I'd focus on my stomach and legs with lymphatic drainage.
Just be careful not to hold it at too much of an angle, or you might end up hitting your internal organs.
Even from the photo, you can see the vibration working its way through my legs.
I've noticed it's also helped clear out lymphatic congestion and fluid buildup. It's definitely helped me see better weight loss results. I've seen a big improvement in the area around my waist, which was a major area of concern for me.
Targeted massage zones-wise, the massager is great for back, shoulders, legs, thighs, lower back, stomach, body, ankles, calves, waist, buttocks, abs, and arms.
I've been extra gentle on my stomach area because my core is pretty weak, and I didn't want to risk causing any internal issues.
But with my legs, I can actually apply a bit more pressure. Just be sure to angle the device slightly and control the force of the nodules, even though they have a rubberized tip – it can still pack a punch.
I set the massager up so the impact comes from the side, almost like I'm pushing rather than hitting directly. But sometimes I do end up applying too much pressure, and I'm left with some pretty noticeable red marks.
The key is to find a balance and avoid bruising.
But in the neck area, I can definitely crank it up to max. I've got some pretty serious osteochondrosis, and I need to really break up the built-up tension.
I'm being honest, and I'll tell you what really helps. If I do it regularly with breaks, I stop feeling pain, stiffness in my neck, and that sensation of sand falling off.
I love walking and focusing on the upper part of my back. It completely relaxes my shoulder blades.

I wouldn't recommend directing the massager straight onto the bone. It's really painful and unlikely to be beneficial. You should work on the muscles.
And, as I've said before, at a slight angle.
At first, I was doing it wrong, pounding on the bones and straight on. And I thought the massager was a total waste of time. But then I figured it out, got the hang of it. And now I really love it.
I can only walk on my bones on my osteochondrosis neck. That's where you really need to break it up.
My overall impression is that the massager is really great, and with it, you can achieve good results in lymphatic drainage, breaking up osteochondrosis, and loosening up tight muscles. But on the muscles, if you work well, you can get a good dose of lactic acid release, and it'll hurt. So, don't overdo it.
One of the downsides is that it's not always easy to do the massage yourself, especially on certain areas. It's nice to have a partner – my husband and I take turns doing the massage.
Vibration and impacts are tough for my hand to handle while I'm holding the handle and doing the massage. My husband has a stronger grip, so it's easier for him.
The biggest drawback is that the battery life is really short – only about 20 minutes. I wish it lasted longer. And it takes 2-3 hours to fully charge.
I'm really happy with my purchase, to be honest. It's a great device, as long as you know how to use it and get the hang of it.
