I made the mistake of buying these vitamins without reading any reviews first (which is rare for me). What caught my attention about these vitamins was their complex formula, but when I looked at the actual amounts of each vitamin and mineral, I realized they wouldn't be very effective - the content is just too low. And, as it turned out, I was spot on!

You can find them at any pharmacy, and the price varies from 400 rubles. I paid 430 rubles. There are 30 tablets in the pack, and you're supposed to take one tablet a day for 30 days. So, the course of vitamins is one month, and you won't need to buy them again after that - but you can repeat the course if you need to.
