Ah, that's the scent of wild hibiscus. So, why the sensually-rose-like bait? If you can smell the conditioner in the store, buying it with shipping (like in my case) will be a surprise.
This isn't a super-concentrate, and it's not even a concentrate in terms of efficiency and usage. 870 ml for 34 washes is around 25.5 ml per wash of four kilograms of laundry. Today's washing machines hold twice as much, and you'll need twice as much fabric softener for that amount. And what's the saving, if any? 25 ml is just the standard plus/minus amount of any rinse aid for a standard wash.
I've had this fabric softener for a while now, and it's still going strong. The packaging is from Ivanovo, made from real cotton. Not that tough polyester mesh they use nowadays, but a smooth, dense cotton fabric that weighs 2300 grams. I've got one damp duvet still hanging up as I type this.
