This means that depending on these factors, the smell might linger on your clothes for a while or disappear right after the wash, leaving no trace behind.
Another thing I've noticed is that I don't smell the fabric softener on freshly washed, damp clothes. It only appears once they're completely dry. What's more, on synthetic fabrics, the scent of the fabric softener can come across as a bit chemical-y, unlike on natural fabrics.
What can and can't you wash with the conditioner? Now, I know the manufacturer says the conditioner is suitable for any fabric, but let's get real – it's not that simple. There are some nuances to consider. Don't even think about washing clothes with water-repellent properties – like my gym gear – with the conditioner. The concentrated formula can clog the spaces between the fabric's fibers, reducing its water-repelling abilities during intense workouts. Specialized gear, like my workout gear, shouldn't be washed with the conditioner either, for the same reason. And, for the same reason, it's not recommended to wash towels with the conditioner – but, I've been guilty of loving the fresh scent of Vernel conditioner on my freshly laundered towels.
By the way, clothes washed with Vernel Pion conditioner and white tea always feel soft and pleasant to the touch.
