I have to say, I was really drawn to the idea of starting fresh and taking a job as a maid at the Winchester estate. It seemed like the perfect opportunity to turn my life around. But as I got to know the family and the rules they had in place, I started to realize that something was off. The more I dug, the more I uncovered some pretty shocking secrets. And it became clear that my own secrets weren't going to stay hidden for long.
Milly Calloway (Sidney Sweeney) is a beautiful girl with a dark past. She's been living in her car, looking for a job, and eventually lands a gig as a maid at the Winchester's. And let me tell you, it's a permanent gig:

I've encountered some pretty toxic communities in my time, but there's something particularly nasty about women who think they're perfect and love to gossip, all while trying to snag someone else's husband. They're always talking about sleeping with millionaires. The movie 'Cyber Aggression' really gets into this type of woman.
"A NORMAL, DECENT person wouldn't try to one-up someone else!” It's weird how leaving a mean comment can actually make the commenter feel better. This can happen to anyone...
Milly starts to get annoyed with all this and begins searching for answers, but Nina's always one step ahead, never giving her a chance to catch her breath.

My Thoughts
I think a good movie needs to have a hook, great acting, and nice visuals. And that's exactly what this movie has.
I really enjoyed the movie! It's definitely one of the best films I've seen in a while.
The plot is engaging, with a well-crafted twist. I had a hard time guessing what would happen next. The movie is long, but the story never feels dragged out. You'll find yourself watching it with bated breath, eager to see how it all unfolds. Sometimes I watch movies in multiple sittings because they're too long, but this one kept me hooked from start to finish.
I haven't mentioned all the details because it would be a spoiler, and I try not to read reviews before watching a movie like this. Some people can be pretty revealing, and I like to go in blind.
The acting is superb! The actress does a great job of conveying the emotions of the maid, who's struggling to understand what's going on.

I was a bit disappointed by the lack of these scenes.
Mum was pretty upset about the clothes Millie was wearing - I'd have been too, to be honest. And I was worried the little fella might get tempted:

I was also really satisfied with the musical aspect of the film. It perfectly complements the movie and helps you experience the emotions even more intensely.
What thriller doesn't have some blood? There were some moments that made me feel queasy, but for the most part, it's all pretty civilized. Of course, the thriller genre is present to a lesser extent. Nowadays, anything with some eroticism is called a thriller or drama.
Napoleon Dynamite would call this film a 'thriller':
