I've been trying to avoid those numerous charms from jewelry stores for ages, as they mostly sell junk. And to be honest, I've stopped paying attention to all those SMS promos offering free charms. Plus, when I'm shopping, I often get coupons for free gifts, but I always throw them away. But then I saw that I could get this cute and meaningful charm, and I really wanted it.

So, I headed to the Sunlight website and saw that I could get a charm by installing the app and providing my email address. I did both and got two promo codes for the charms. Then, on the next weekend, I went to the nearest Sunlight store. I met a nice girl with a genuine and friendly smile. However, when she found out I was there for the free charms, her smile dropped, and her tone changed. It was like I was at her house, begging for her jewelry. She cut me off, saying she'd only give me one charm, and started bossing me around, telling me where to go in the app and what to show her. Then, she told me to choose an accessory on the white tablet, waving her head in the direction of the screen. Of course, I chose the heart, as that's what I was after. The girl wrapped the charm in a paper bag and handed it to me without a word. When I said 'thank you, goodbye,' she didn't even respond. Oh well, no wonder I've never been a fan of this store.

But don't let that fool you - the pendant itself is quite large, which is a nice change of pace from the tiny pendants Sunlight usually produces. The loop on the pendant is also pretty big, so it should fit most necklaces.

Infinity and Heart PendantThe pendant has a front and back side. The front side is more convex and detailed, while the back side is flatter. But honestly, you can wear it either way - the difference is pretty minimal. I personally wear it the 'right' way, and I love the depth of this pendant. When it's in the right position, you can see how the heart and infinity symbol are intertwined. It's just so symbolic and touching - the intersection of love and infinity, because who doesn't want their love to last forever?I've got to say, the craftsmanship on this pendant is pretty impressive, considering how delicate the lines are.

I've got one silver chain, but I'm more of a gold kind of girl. This chain is pretty long and flat, which is why I think a thinner, circular chain would be a better fit for this pendant. You know, like the one on my favorite necklace.

You can wear it on your body so it peeks out of a shirt or dress, or over your clothes – the size makes it blend in or stand out, depending on the outfit.

I'd definitely recommend this pendant to you. I'd give it 5 stars, but I'm deducting a point because of the sales consultant's attitude in the store. I'm not a confrontational person, so I didn't want to ruin my mood with unnecessary drama and negativity. But, it did leave a bad taste in my mouth.
