The cap doesn't open very smoothly - it's a bit painful for my finger. Then, I pull out the wipe - it's not super easy to get out. But the whole pack doesn't come out easily. You get one wipe out and then there's a little hole left to get the next one. It cleans well, though.
After using it a few times, I took a closer look at the ingredients.Hydroxymethylglycinate sodium - this ingredient can cause an allergic reaction and irritate the skin. Plus, it's a potential carcinogen and pollutes the environment.
Phenoxyethanol - this preservative may cause an allergic reaction and irritate the skin.
