Shaking a Leg with the Shmyak Series - A Fun Read for the Whole Family
We've been having a blast with the Shmyak series, and I'm excited to share our latest read with you.
We're devouring this series about the mischievous kitten Shmyak and his friend Mysnik, and I'm having trouble keeping up with writing reviews fast enough!
Book Title: Shmyak - Rock Star Author: Rob Scotton Publisher: Clover Media Group, 2015 Series: Shmyak
This little book is perfect for tossing in a bag or reading on the go - it's a great value for the price.
I've got to admit, these books are perfect for early readers. The text is short and easy to understand, and the illustrations are adorable and fun. We laugh out loud every time we read about Shmyak's adventures, and my daughter is completely hooked!
In Shmyak - Rock Star, music takes center stage, and who doesn't love music? Every kid is a musician at heart, right? So, Shmyak decides to form a rock band called the 'Scratch-Catchers' and learns to play a musical instrument - it's a great way to introduce kids to the world of music.
Choosing the right instrument can be a bit of a challenge, but that's all part of the fun! I mean, a car horn, a flashy jacket, a bell, or even Shmyak's dance moves aren't exactly what you'd call a 'rock star' instrument...
But this is Shmyak, so you know something's gotta happen. And, as always, it's a great story (read it to find out what instrument he chooses!).
The Scratch-Catchers' concert performance was a huge hit - I loved watching Shmyak and his friends rock out!
This little book may be small, but it's packed with positive vibes and a great story. My daughter and I had a blast reading it together, and we can't wait to find more Shmyak adventures to share with you!
One thing that really stood out to me about this book is how it encourages kids to explore their creativity and try new things. Shmyak's journey from being a mischievous kitten to becoming a rock star is a great reminder that with hard work and determination, anything is possible.
I also appreciate how the book promotes teamwork and friendship. Shmyak's friends are all unique and bring their own special talents to the table, and together they create something truly special.
What I love most about the Shmyak series is how it makes learning fun and engaging. The books are perfect for reading aloud, and the illustrations are sure to delight kids of all ages.
So, if you're looking for a new series to add to your reading list, I highly recommend giving the Shmyak series a try. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
❤!!! RECOMMEND !!!❤
Best regards, Suriman
