Denda's over the moon - until he runs into Re:Zero in a phone booth, where he's taking shelter from the rain. Denda's world is turned upside down with two beautiful women on either side of him. However, this complicated romantic storyline is more than meets the eye.

The first 45 minutes or so feel like a romantic drama - all the swooning, melodrama, and lovey-dovey stuff seems a bit overdone.
I was confused as to why they took a bloody-humor anime and turned it into a sappy mess. Where's the action? Where's the chaos? Where are the insane fights to the death?
