A Sweet Spot for Pryanik Fans in Ekaterinburg

summarizeEditor's Summary

I've been hooked on pryanik for years, but I've finally found a spot that truly delivers on value for money. The guys at this cozy shop on Tolmacheva Street have got it right - their classic Leningrad-style pryaniki are a game changer. The atmosphere is intimate, the staff is friendly, and the treats are top-notch. I'm a big fan of the variety of flavors they offer, from classic to more unique options like honey and ginger.

I've been obsessed with pryanik for years - remember when they were just a rare treat in Ekaterinburg? We'd make a special trip to St. Petersburg just to get our hands on these delicious treats.
But times have changed, and now you can find pryanik shops popping up all over the city. And I'm thrilled to say that the classic Leningrad-style pryaniki finally made it to Ekaterinburg a few years ago!
The guys have multiple locations now, but I'm a regular at their smaller spot on Tolmacheva Street, which is just a stone's throw from my place.
Inside, it's a bit cozy, but they've got a great setup for grabbing a coffee and a pryanik on the go. It can get a bit tight when there are three of us, especially in the winter with all our coats on!
It's worth the squeeze, though - and check out all the fun stuff on the walls, it's like a treasure hunt!
Find the goose!
They've got all the classics, of course, but also some sweet-filled and savory options, plus belyashki and drinks to wash it all down.
I always order a few big portions to go, so I can browse the menu and catch any deals or promotions.
And the pryaniki? Absolutely perfect! Fluffy, crunchy, and just the right amount of sugar. Even when they're cold, they're still amazing. And when they're hot... they're a whole different story!
If you're a fan of sweets and baked goods, you've got to check this place out!
Pryanik fans, rejoice!
