I've had this laptop for over three years now, and it's been a real pain.
I've lost count of how many times it's frozen on me, forcing me to restart multiple times just to get it going. I've tried all the usual fixes – updating my antivirus software, checking for system updates – but nothing seems to stick. And to make matters worse, the battery life is basically useless. I'm talking a day, maybe two at most, before it's dead. I've tweaked the power settings, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. It's hard to get any work done on this thing!
I've taken to carrying a power bank with me, just so I can keep my laptop charged. It's ridiculous, but it's the only way I can get any work done.
