I'm writing this review to warn others about my super disappointing experience with this program. I'm not holding back - it's not worth the cash.
I wanted to know if I should buy this program or try it out on social media first. My verdict? Don't waste your time and money.
The free trial (30 days) was pretty underwhelming. All I got was four audio exercises, and I only managed to do one. The others just didn't interest me.
When I paid for the program, I expected some real guidance, but the level of expertise from the specialists I worked with was surprisingly low. The app itself was a nightmare - it froze all the time, and there was no way to fix the issue except reinstalling it every day.
1. The sales process was a total mess. The assistant, Svetlana, had a hard time understanding my questions and concerns. I had to ignore her messages to get her to finally listen to what I was saying about the payment issues with transferring money from Belarus to Russia. Before that, she was sending me a ton of irrelevant info that had nothing to do with my questions.
2. Unrealistic promises. Before buying the program, I asked about two things: whether the program was suitable for my dietary needs (no gluten and no dairy), and what kind of support I could expect if I encountered any problems. I was assured that the program was fine, and that I'd be offered alternatives if I had any issues. But after two weeks of following the program, I started experiencing problems and had to give up on dairy and gluten.
When I asked about the sweetener (which is used in almost every recipe), I was offered zefir (raw milk protein), pectin-based jam, and marzipan (the last two options were already familiar to me, and to be honest, they were getting old). When I expressed my concerns about how I could stick to this diet for three months, I was offered a blini cake with soft cheese on the side. Are you kidding me?
When I questioned the high calorie count (700 calories per day) and the lack of meat and normal carbohydrates, I was told to study the materials. And then Svetlana got involved and told me that I just didn't understand the program, and that I wasn't entitled to any special treatment. She even sent me multiple voice messages with different texts, but the message was always the same: just study the materials.
Are you serious? I paid for the program to get some real guidance, not to be told to study the materials. And if the answers were there, it wouldn't have been a problem to provide me with a sample menu for a day with 700 calories, no dairy, and normal carbs.
So, in short, I wouldn't recommend this program to anyone. And the way the specialists handled my problems only made me want to write this review. I didn't plan on writing it until Svetlana got involved.
