I've been trying to find the perfect nappy-trousers for my little one for way too long, but I still can't seem to find any that meet all my requirements. I've tried all the different types from the Manu range, and we've been using the night-time ones nonstop. Unfortunately, they don't last the whole night, so I've been on the hunt for an alternative. I've also tried the Premium and Ultra-thin ones, but they just didn't cut it. Now, let me tell you about the Comfort range.

Appearance and Texture

The size L nappy-trousers have a lemon design, while the size M ones have a pineapple pattern. To be honest, I'm not a fan of the designs - they look a bit cheap. But hey, it's not the end of the world. The most important thing is how well they work, right? The pants have a Q-shaped design. They're tactilely pleasant, not stiff, but not super-soft either. There's a disposal strip at the back, along with a moisture indicator. I don't need those extras, but some parents might find them useful.

Like all diapers, it's super important to get the right size and consider your baby's individual needs. My chubby five-month-old baby weighs 9kg and is 70cm tall. The pants fit him perfectly. However, when he reaches 14kg, they'll be too small, just like the size M is already a bit tight, although they claim to have a size chart up to 11kg.

I've got to say, the Manu brand just didn't work out for us. We tried both diapers and pants (premium, ultra-thin, nighttime), but they just didn't fit my kid right. The smaller size absorbs decently, but even visually, it's clear that it's not suitable for my chubby son. The larger size just lets pee go right through. In 80% of cases, my son's peeing ends with a wet back or sides, and partially dry pants. Manu's sizing was so off that I just stopped using them altogether.

Manu pantsManu pantsAnd, by the way, they also didn't handle liquid stool well. Every time, my kid had a back or leg covered in poop. Now that we've introduced solid food, the stool has become solid, and they're holding up fine.

Allergic Reactions

As for allergic reactions, I have to say that I couldn't find anything negative to say about the pants, or really any of the Manu products we tried. My son didn't experience any redness or rashes from them.

These pants are just okay, but I think they're really only suitable for skinny kids. Because for my kid, they're just too small, and even if I size up to get a comfortable fit, they leak constantly. I wouldn't recommend them, and I'm done wasting money on them.
