So, I placed an order with Leroy Merlin for four cans of acrylic paint. I paid for it, but when I got to the pickup point, I was only handed one can. I reached out to their customer support, but all I got was attitude. They refused to send the missing items, and when I asked for a refund, they said no. I even went to the pickup point and told the operator about the missing item, and she checked the documents - it was indeed only one item delivered. I called Leroy Merlin's customer support again, and the operator created a complaint for me. But at that point, I'd had enough. I'm not going to waste my time and money on a company that doesn't care about its customers. The whole experience was a total letdown. I'm still fuming about how they handled it. I mean, who expects to get shortchanged on a simple order? It's not like I was asking for the moon. I just wanted my paint, and I wanted it delivered as promised. But Leroy Merlin seemed more interested in saving face than in making things right. The whole ordeal left a bad taste in my mouth.
