The breakdown included $8000 for taking apart a single flexible water supply line and $1250 per installation. And let's not even get into the fact that the technician claimed he needed to buy a new faucet, which added another $2500 to the bill. It's clear this was a scam from the get-go.
When I called the company to complain, they promised to call me back within 15 minutes, but all they did was talk to my mom and offer her a 15% discount because she's a pensioner. They hung up without resolving the issue. The whole thing was a total disaster, and I'm still trying to wrap my head around it.
I've been trying to get to the bottom of this for months now, and I'm still waiting for a resolution. The company's customer service has been completely unresponsive and unhelpful, and I'm starting to think they're not interested in making things right.
