I recently bought this massive three-story dollhouse for my daughter, and I'm excited to share my thoughts on it.
The dollhouse is called the K-2.
I purchased it from Ozon.
The price was 3200 rubles.
Unpacking.
The dollhouse comes in a disassembled state and is packed in a large box. The box is super heavy, but it's manageable.
There's an information sticker on the box with an image of the dollhouse and the main details about it.
The sticker shows a beautifully carved furniture design. However, the actual furniture is simple, and the product description already shows the updated design.
Assembly
The package includes wooden parts for the dollhouse and furniture, as well as fabric window curtains and two cardboard floor mats.
There's a large instruction sheet for assembly.
The sheet shows the parts list on one side and a diagram of the assembly process on the other.
The assembly diagram is in pictures, but there's no text or comments. It just has part numbers.
Each part has a tiny engraving with the part number, but not all parts were labeled, and it was hard to find them on the larger parts.
Additionally, there's no indication of repetitions on the diagrams. They show how to assemble one balcony, but there's no mention of needing to attach multiple ones.
Although everything seems to be drawn, there are many questions that arise during assembly. For example, I attached a part and immediately secured it with small parts, but it turned out that I needed to assemble a nearby part first, insert it into the first part, and then secure the first part. Otherwise, the second part wouldn't fit. It's hard to understand from the diagram, and comments would be helpful.
I spent a long time studying the cornices, as it wasn't clear how to attach them from the diagram. It turned out that the dollhouse has two types of attachments.

However, these big attachments don't fit through the windows. So, in the windows, you insert small roof pieces for the windows, and on those, you attach the cornices.
Some of the details are a bit different from the ones shown on the schematics. You're looking for one thing and it's nowhere to be found.
The assembly took a long time.
Although the box says "Fast assembly", no, not really. Maybe if you're assembling these dollhouses every day, then yeah. But the first time around, no.
The dollhouse is assembled without glue or nails. The parts fit together and are secured with small T-shaped connectors. I thought it would fall apart with such a construction, but it stands sturdily and nothing falls out or falls apart. It stands sturdily.
I even move it around.
The dollhouse can withstand a lot of weight, but only for toys. Don't try to jump on it - it won't hold up. The materials are super thin, almost too thin. If you lean on it, the wood will crack. I don't think it would even withstand a child.
I wasn't impressed with the material quality at all.

If it weren't for the thin wood, the dollhouse would be absolutely awesome, 5 stars. The dollhouse is cute, big, interesting, and perfect for playing with dolls.
The dollhouse is 115 cm tall. That's high! It would be comfortable for girls aged 3 and up to play with.
The dollhouse is designed for dolls no taller than 30 cm. It's pretty standard, and it's easy to play with.
The dollhouse has windows, a bed, a couch, and a table with chairs.

You can play with the dollhouse not just with dolls.
After assembly, my daughter and her little sister turned the dollhouse into a beauty salon - they laid out all sorts of cosmetics.
