I got into a car accident and was left dealing with the fallout. I scheduled an inspection for the next day, and the insurance company told me how much I'd get in cash. I said I'd think about it until the following day. After researching the market prices, I decided to go with the repair. My claim number is 8686744. They suggested a list of repair shops, but I chose the one closest to my home. However, the insurance company sent me to the other side of town, to South Butovo. When I complained through their customer center, they didn't even respond. They just told me to go to the main office in the Oдинцовский район if I wanted to change the repair shop. Since I didn't have the time, I had to take my car to the one in Butovo. When I dropped it off, things got pretty messy. I asked them to fill out the proper handover document, but they just gave me a crumpled up piece of paper without a signature or any car details except the vin code and number. I asked for a complaint book, but they said they didn't have one. I ended up writing a report at the local police station in South Butovo. I went back to pick up my car, but they were already gone. I called them, and they said they'd left early. The sign on the door said they were open until 7 pm. I dropped my car off on Monday, right after washing it. The car wash was right next door. When I picked it up on Friday, I was surprised to see how dirty it was. There was a tiny scratch, and the whole car was covered in dust and bird poop. The driver's mat was filthy, and the wires were hanging out of the dashboard. I took it to the car wash again, and when I got it back, I found it was covered in some kind of powder. The whole windshield was foggy, and I could barely see through it. I called them, and they said to bring it back, that they'd fix it. But I'd have to go back to the other side of town again. I'm still fuming about the whole experience. It was a total disaster, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I'm actually planning to share my story with a wider audience, and I'll post an update here when it's ready.
