A Disappointing Experience at Henry Clarke Dental Clinic: Be Wary of Upselling

I recently had a pretty disappointing experience with Henry Clarke Dental Clinic. My company had signed up for a voluntary medical insurance policy with the Military Insurance Company, which included dental care for a wide range of services, except for dentures. I needed to get a new filling on a tooth that had already been treated and had a root canal, so I decided to try using the insurance and see how it would go.

The clinic's Tverbladskaya branch was a bit tricky to find, even after booking an appointment. It turned out that the clinic is actually located in the lobby of a new business-class apartment complex. I had to circle around to find the entrance and then ask an attendant for help. It wasn't until I was right in front of the door that I saw a small sign with the clinic's name.

Inside, the reception area was quite large, but the actual clinic was tiny, with just a few rooms. I was quickly ushered in to see the dentist, who took a quick look at my tooth and then told me that it was beyond repair and needed to be replaced with a denture. I explained that I wanted to get a filling instead, but the dentist said that would be bad for my health. Apparently, drilling into my jaw is good for me, but not getting a filling.

It's clear that this clinic is more interested in making money from dentures than in providing actual dental care. They're counting on people who have VMC insurance to come in and get unnecessary procedures done, and then they can bill the insurance company. If you need to get a filling or any other non-denture-related treatment, don't bother with this clinic. And if you're thinking of signing up for VMC insurance, make sure you choose a different clinic. We've been told that the money allocated to this clinic won't be refunded, so you'll be out of luck if you try to switch.

I was taken aback by the tiny size of the actual clinic, which didn't exactly scream 'state-of-the-art facility.' And let me tell you, the customer support left a lot to be desired. When I tried to explain my concerns, the dentist seemed more interested in pushing dentures than listening to my needs.

I was also surprised by the lack of transparency regarding the clinic's policies and procedures. It seemed like they were more interested in upselling me on unnecessary treatments rather than providing me with the care I needed. As a result, I felt like I was being taken advantage of, and my experience was nothing short of frustrating.

Needless to say, I wasn't impressed with the value for money I got from Henry Clarke Dental Clinic. If you're looking for a reliable dental clinic, keep looking. Trust me, you won't be disappointed if you do.

Henry Clarke Dental Clinic is one of the worst clinics I've ever had the misfortune of visiting. The lack of professionalism, the pushy sales tactics, and the overall lack of care for patients' needs are all major red flags. If you value your health and your hard-earned money, stay far, far away from this clinic.

Instead, I'd recommend doing your research and finding a reputable dental clinic that prioritizes patient care and transparency. There are plenty of great options out there, and I'm confident that you'll find one that meets your needs and exceeds your expectations.
