I drink this drink every morning on an empty stomach 30 minutes before breakfast. I bought myself 2 boxes, respectively 20 sticks, drank both boxes, but unfortunately, I don't see the result I wanted, neither in terms of volume nor in terms of weight.
You've got to use it right after you prepare it. After the product is restored, it's not meant to be stored. I recommend taking 1-3 servings of the drink per day.
Results:
I didn't notice any swelling, but I was more interested in weight loss and reducing body volume, like in my thighs and stomach.
