Cleaning the multicooker is a breeze - just wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth, and wash the inner pot as needed.
There's a convenient spot on the back for plugging in the power cord.
I was impressed by how easy it is to clean the cord, which is about a meter long. It comes off the body with a simple tug and can be wiped down separately.

When you remove the pot, you can see the main heating element - don't even think about getting it wet or submerging it in water.
The pot has convenient markings to help you measure out the right amount of food. Just a heads up, don't use metal scrubbers to clean it, and when serving, use plastic or silicone spatulas only.
The set includes various spoons and measuring cups for dosing out water, grains, and other ingredients.
Another plastic component is the steamer basket for cooking veggies, parmesan chicken, or even baked fish and meat - the possibilities are endless, and you can come up with your own recipes.

The black plastic lid, which is attached to the side of the body, does a great job of keeping pies windproof - everything is sealed and protected. By the way, the body of the multicooker doesn't heat up at all.
The only part that releases steam during cooking is the steam valve. The steam drops down about 5-10 cm. When cooking, you absolutely can't cover this element with a cloth.
Pressing the special button-lock lets you open the pot and take a peek inside.
One of the first things I noticed when I started using my Delimano 18-in-1 is that there's a little tray near the lid where excess steam collects. You've got to drain it after cooking.
I've had a microwave for years, but it took me a bit of time to get the hang of using the Delimano. I had to read the manual and experiment with some small portions of food.

The menu is pretty extensive - you've got classic pilaf, pan-fried meat, steamed patties, and more.

I let them cook in the closed multicooker for another 10-15 minutes, and then they're ready to serve.
The sausages are juicy and perfectly cooked.
