I've got a ton of small kitchen items at home that I just can't live without, and one of them is a butter dish. Today, I'm reviewing this one ✮✮✮✮ Butter Dish with Decoration ✮✮✮✮.
Here are the details:

I've had a butter dish in my home for as long as I can remember. My old one served me well, but I never really liked it – I chose it because of the color (my favorite, dark chocolate). What I didn't like was that the butter would get stuck deep inside, and the edges of the dish were high enough that my knife would always get stuck when I tried to cut the butter.
So, when I was looking for a new one, my main criteria was that the butter shouldn't be stuck deep inside, and that it should be above the edges. Ideally, I would have liked a butter dish with a "pedestal" for the butter, but that wasn't an option. I ended up choosing this butter dish from LLC "Bytplast" with a design on the base and small edges around the sides.
The base had a small sticker from the manufacturer with the dimensions and materials used to make the dish.
The sticky part of the sticker came off easily, all I needed to do was wipe it with a damp cloth.

Both of these polymer materials are allowed for disposable tableware, and the sticker even has a picture of a fork and a glass, which gives you an idea that this item is suitable for storing food products.
The base of the butter dish has a nice design with green branches and leaves.
It's what really won me over – it looks cute, fresh, and cozy.
The dimensions of the butter dish are:

The height of the lid is almost 7 cm, which makes it easy to fit both standard-sized butter (180g) and taller pieces (380g).
I'll be honest, the lid design took some getting used to at first. My old butter dish had a small lip on top that made it easy to lift the lid. But this one doesn't have that, and it's not like it needs a handle to grab onto. The lid is actually secured by side clips on the base.
To cut a piece of butter, you need to press down the side clips first and then you can lift the lid. I'm not sure how durable this mechanism will be. The plastic on the clips looks a bit flimsy and loose.
But the base edges are exactly what I wanted - not too high, so the knife doesn't hit them when cutting the butter.
I've been using this butter dish for three months now, and I've really enjoyed it, although it does take some getting used to the lid design.
Maintenance:
I wash my butter dish by hand with dish soap. The design stays intact, and doesn't fade.
