I don't really use the third speed, to be honest - it's just a bit too much. You can use this thing on pretty much any part of your body, but it's especially good for your neck, lower back, shoulders, and glutes. I also like to use it on my upper back sometimes, but mostly I stick to my neck and lower back. And, you know, it's got this heat function that's pretty nice for extra relaxation. The controls are pretty straightforward - there are these buttons on one of the straps that let you adjust the settings on the fly. When you turn it on, the lights come on and the rollers start spinning - it's pretty cool, actually. As for the recommended usage time, the manufacturer suggests 15 minutes per session, and that's usually enough for me.

I can use this thing while working on my computer or phone, or just chill out and relax - it's especially great for people who spend most of their day sitting.
