I've been wanting to share my thoughts on the ATM-01G Thigh Master Green for ages.
It's been a faithful companion in my home workouts for three years now, and I'm still loving it!I picked it up from a retailer, but it's no longer in stock. At the time of purchase, it cost me 3000 Kazakhstani tenge, which is roughly $7.
It arrived well-packaged with a bunch of stickers:
Although it's marketed as a leg trainer, you can also work out your arms and chest using it – as indicated on the packaging.
The manufacturer is Atemi, based in Russia.
It's incredibly lightweight – just 350 grams.The handles are made of a soft material that feels great to the touch. What I like about it is that the material isn't slippery, and it stays securely in place during exercises.
Initially, I was a bit put off by the super tight spring – I struggled to squeeze my legs together. But after getting used to it, things started to fall into place.
The build quality is top-notch, with everything put together very solidly. The middle part that bends the spring is neat and sturdy.
We've been using it as a family, and we've found plenty of videos online to suit our tastes. I personally prefer exercises targeting the inner thigh area, while my son and husband work on their arms and back.It's super convenient to use while watching TV – it's both entertaining and a great workout!
I don't regret buying it – I'm really enjoying it!
