I recharged it, and this time it worked for an hour before shutting down. The camera performed just as badly in my living room. No decent recording, and to top it off, there was no sound. I'm starting to think the seller duped me. I took it to a programmer who fixes electronics and installs software on computers. He told me it's a dud, just another fake product. And to make matters worse, it won't record decent video.
I was devastated, so we installed security cameras around the property. And, guess what? Our neighbor got caught! But this camera... it was a complete waste of time.
About a year ago, my friend had a baby and asked me for a camera to keep an eye on the nanny. I explained that it wouldn't work, but she wanted to try it out herself. She couldn't find the app, and at the time, you had to download it from the computer. She did, but the result was... a black screen. Super, right? No sound, no color, just a blank screen. I reached out to the seller about the issue, but all I got was a generic response. Then, I couldn't even find my review. Now, the seller is asking me to write a positive review for 300 rubles. Writing about the features and functionality would be pointless when the camera doesn't even work. And now, it won't even turn on or charge. I'm starting to wonder if I got the original version of this camera. But I wouldn't recommend ordering the Ambertek Q85S Wi-Fi IP with motion detection from Wildberries.
The downsides are major:
