Orthoboom Orthopedic Boots

I've been wearing these Orthoboom Orthopedic Boots for a while now, and I gotta say, they're super comfortable. They're designed with comfort and support in mind, making them perfect for everyday wear. The build quality is top-notch, and they're really easy to slip on and off. I've been impressed with the value for money - you get a lot of boot for your buck! They're a great option for anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive shoe that's easy to wear. I've put them through their paces, and they've held up great. No complaints here!

A Disappointing Reality: Orthoboom 87054-02 Boots Fell Apart After a Month

summarizeEditor's Summary

I was super stoked to try out the Orthoboom 87054-02 boots, but unfortunately, they didn't live up to my expectations. After just a month, the soles started to come apart, and I'm talking a full-on separation - not just some minor cracks. The quality control on these boots is seriously lacking. I've had better luck with boots from discount stores, and that's just not right. The value for money is basically zero. I'm really disappointed in the build quality, and I wouldn't recommend these boots to anyone.

Welcome back to my channel!
When I started looking for a pair of warm, orthopedic, and stylish shoes, I knew exactly what I wanted: natural materials inside, arch support, a cute design, and of course, durability that would last at least two seasons - autumn and spring.
I wanted to get the most out of these shoes, and that meant finding a pair that would keep up with my busy lifestyle.
My search led me to the Orthoboom 87054-02 boots. The price tag of around 5,000 rubles was a bit steep, but I was drawn to the boots' features and design, and when I tried them on, I just couldn't resist.
I didn't even think to write a review about these boots when I first got them, so I don't have any photos of them looking brand new.
Fast forward to over a month of regular wear, and I've got a whole mix of emotions and some major disappointment.

My initial impression of the boots was pretty great.
They came with a storage box and a description that made me feel like I was getting a high-quality product.
These boots' design is seriously well thought out. The bright orange main color pairs perfectly with the bold, vibrant inserts.
I think it's essential to wear as many bright colors as possible when you're young - by the time you're an adult, you'll have plenty of time for boring black, blue, and grey.
The inserts in these boots are actually pretty varied:
The top part has camouflage elements, but in a soft, pastel pink.
The middle part has pink inserts with a textured, stone-like finish.
And the bottom part has white, contrasting inserts that are a single tone.
Despite being orthopedic, these boots aren't clunky or awkward-looking - they're actually quite sleek and stylish. They don't weigh down my outfit, even with the high ankle and sturdy heel, and they look great with both jeans and a skirt.
I was impressed with the build quality: the natural leather is soft to the touch, well-stitched, and doesn't stiffen up on chilly days.
Inside the boots, there's sheep's wool insulation that keeps my feet warm without making my toes sweat.
One thing I love about these boots is the protective rubber caps on the heel and toe. They're a great touch, as they prevent scratches and scuffs.
The caps did wear off, though. As for the design, I appreciate the three wide adhesive straps that secure the boots. No more fumbling with laces in the cold or dealing with zippers that can freeze. The process of putting them on and securing them takes seconds, and the straps do a great job of holding the boots in place and allowing you to tighten them to your liking.

The boots are lightweight and comfortable.
I can feel that they're made with an orthotic insole - my foot feels supported and comfortable. The lacing system is designed to keep my foot in the right position, with neither too much pressure nor too much room. And the boots aren't heavy, which is a plus. The soft heel counter eliminates any chafing.
The insulation is top-notch, too. At around -10°C, my feet stay warm and dry, even with thin socks. The natural materials allow my foot to breathe.
The initial excitement wore off when I took a closer look at the sole after about 5-6 weeks of daily wear in regular city conditions with no extreme loads.
The picture was disappointing, to say the least. The sole on the heel had worn down to almost nothing, and in some areas, I could see actual holes.
I have to admit, I was shocked.
For a boot that costs 5,000 rubles, has an orthotic insole, and is made from natural materials, this is just unacceptable.
The TPU material on the sole seems to be extremely soft for urban, let alone orthotic, footwear. It lacks the necessary durability.
The sole simply wore down, and this happened even though I don't have any serious foot issues that would require correction.
I have to say, I was really looking forward to loving these boots. They had everything I wanted: style, comfort, and quality materials. But the sole's poor durability has been a major letdown.
Maybe if I had noticed the wear sooner, I could have had the sole repaired, but now the boots are basically useless and only good for the trash.
